The first day of our conference summarizing the "AI Without Barriers: An Inclusive Approach to Digital Safety" project is now behind us.

Today's meeting was held under the theme "An Inclusive Approach to Digital Safety" and focused on the participation of youth with special needs in discussions about artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and the responsible use of new technologies.

Twenty-seven students from the Special Educational Center No. 2 in Gdynia took part in the conference. Participants had the opportunity to attend an opening presentation on the effects and prevention of cyberbullying, engage in an interactive session on cyber threats, and discuss how to respond to dangerous situations online.

The program also featured practical workshops, a panel discussion on cooperation between youth and decision-makers, a group debate on the digital experiences of young people, and a presentation on the European Union's role in combating cybercrime.

A particularly important element of today's event was the opportunity to exchange experiences between the youth, institutional representatives, and experts dedicated to digital safety. We discussed how to create a more accessible, secure, and supportive online environment for all users.

We would like to sincerely thank the Police, municipal services, and all participants for their presence, commitment, and active involvement in today's activities.

Two more days of the conference lie ahead. See you tomorrow!

This project is co-funded by the European Union under the Erasmus+ Program.
