The Enabler Foundation is proud to announce the launch of a new chatbot specifically designed for teenagers and young adults with intellectual disabilities. This project was carried out as part of the Erasmus+ program (KA154-YOU).

For many of our users, this will be their first experience with AI. Most existing tools are inaccessible to them, not because the AI models are too complex, but because of technical hurdles such as account creation, email verification, and complex user agreements. For our target audience, these are not minor inconveniences; they are significant barriers.

We decided to take a different approach. Users simply visit the website and find a text box where they can immediately start a conversation. We have removed the need for accounts, login processes, chat history, and cookie banners. We believe that in this context, simplicity is key.

Safety remains our priority; if any concerning content appears during a conversation, it is flagged for review by our team. Additionally, the interface allows users to increase the font size to accommodate those with visual impairments.
